This workshop helps with cultivating energizing lifestyle habits.

Duration: 90 minutes

Participants will discover:

  • The 3 keys to having more than enough energy
  • How to create an “energy boosting checklist” that they can reach for anytime they need a quick pick me up — it’s better than coffee!
  • Ways to identify their personal signs and symptoms of energy depletion
  • How to design a lifestyle that supports them in being at their best



ENERGIZING NUTRITION  

This workshop helps with overcoming emotional eating.      

Duration: 90 minutes

Participants will:

  • Receive a template for optimal nutrition
  • Gain tools to transform their relationship with food
  • Learn to understand their body’s guidance
  • Discover how to free themselves from cravings & trust their food choices



ENERGIZING SELF CARE

This workshop helps with reducing stress and anxiety.         

Duration: 90 minutes

Participants will discover how to:

  • Regulate their physiological and psychological reactions to stress so that they can exhale, relax and cultivate a manageable pace of life
  • Rewire their nervous system for peace and calm so that they sleep better and wake up refreshed and full of energy
  • Create time in their day to do more of what they love
  • Connect with their body’s intelligence so that they make optimal choices that can help them boost their immune system, lose weight and have more energy



SLEEP BETTER

This workshop helps with cultivating habits for restful sleep.          

Duration: 90 minutes

Participants will:

  • Learn how to create a restful environment in their home and bedroom
  • Cultivate daily habits and rituals to optimize their sleep
  • Learn techniques to clear their mind of unproductive self-talk, worry and mental chatter that keeps them up at night
  • Discover how to improve their sleep through nutrition, meditation and exercise
  • Gain tools to help them fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer

Participants receive ongoing support and accountability.

Duration: 4 weeks

Participants will:

  • Get the nutrition they need to boost their energy, lose weight and feel resilient, even under stress
  • Learn new tools to feel calm, happy and at ease in their life
  • Cultivate daily habits for sleeping well so they feel refreshed, restored and at their best 
  • Discover 3 ways to identify and surround themselves with people who uplift them and boost their energy 

RETREATS

TRANSFORMATIONAL KAYAKING

This retreat helps with transforming belief and behaviour patterns that get in the way of health and wellbeing.

Duration: 1-3 days

Participants will:

  • Create a clear vision for their health and wellbeing for the year ahead
  • Transform belief and behaviour patterns that might be getting in the way of their health and wellness goals  
  • Get clear on how to cultivate a lifestyle that supports them in being at their best
  • Enjoy a day of being active in nature and making friends with likeminded people
